The company’s assets have been seized, and the related payments have been blocked by the Seeb Execution Court as part of the enforcement measures. The execution case was originally filed in 2022. However, due to the expiry of the earlier Power of Attorney (POA), we were unable to recover the payment from the court during that period.
We have now received a new Power of Attorney issued from outside the country. As per the new legal requirements, this POA must first be translated and attested by the Chamber of Commerce, and thereafter submitted to the Oman Notary Public for approval in order to issue an Oman-valid Power of Attorney. Only after completing these formalities can we proceed further with recovery actions before the execution court.
As you are aware, this is a group complaint, and we are following up on all related cases together to ensure a coordinated and effective execution process.
We assure you that we are actively handling the matter and will keep you informed of further developments. |
