Expenses borne by the company for training, onboarding, and induction. Cost of hiring one Omani national as per Omanization requirements. It is important to note that Mr. Jeffin submitted his resignation first, and only thereafter applied for emergency leave citing his father's medical condition, a refundable security deposit is applicable in such cases. This deposit is intended to ensure the employee’s return and will be refunded upon resumption of duty. Additionally, Mr. Jeffin holds responsibilities in sales and market route operations. Therefore, a proper handover of duties and settlement of all accounts is mandatory prior to his final departure. Mr. Jeffin has also provided a self-attested declaration agreeing that the company may retain his passport during the period of employment, which is standard practice for employees in similar roles. |
