Good afternoon Sir,
I am Githin P Varghese, working as an HSE Advisor at Al Badi Investment Group LLC, Saham for the past 10 years. I submitted my resignation on 4th May 2025 through the company ERP system, and my residence card expired on 22nd April 2025.
Since last year, my brother has been undergoing cancer treatment. Due to his critical condition, I took 15 days of emergency leave starting from 17th September 2024. As his condition worsened, I extended my leave without pay until 25th February 2025. During this period, I was working online and I also requested to approve my leave without pay and release my pending salary from May 2024 to September 2024 to help cover the treatment expenses.
I returned to duty on 26th February 2025. After two weeks I received part of my pending salary specifically from May 2024 to August 2024 (4 months). However, the September 2024 salary is still holding with them. The company had revised the payment to be made in February 2025, but it remains unpaid.
Additionally, my parents are elderly and are the primary caregivers for my brother. Given the family situation, I submitted my resignation, but the company management has not accepted it. Today, again I discussed the matter with the HR Manager, and he informed me that I need to wait another five months to process my resignation.
I am ready to complete all handover procedures and fulfill my responsibilities, but my resignation is still not being accepted. At present, my salaries for September 2024, March 2025, April 2025, and May 2025 remain unpaid.
I would also like to highlight that the cost of air tickets is currently very high this week. I kindly request that, at the very least, my September 2024 salary be released and my passport returned, which is still in the company's custody.
My brother’s treatment is ongoing at CMC Hospital in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. He is currently undergoing immunotherapy in Kerala, which involves four injections that are very costly. Given these medical expenses, I once again requested the company to release my pending salaries.
Furthermore, during today’s discussion with the HR manager, he was informed that I will not be eligible for the full gratuity payment because I took four months leave without pay. Moreover, an additional deduction of OMR 97 had already been made from my salary for September 2024.
I sincerely request your kind intervention and support to resolve these matters at the earliest convenience.
Please find the relevant documents attached for your reference.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

16 & 17 Late. Mr. Sajeev Kannan. Our primary concern regarding the insurance payouts is the lack of transparency we have received from the organisation regarding the GLIP payouts in particular. As mentioned in the preceding e-mail, the settlement from the organisation is being paid to us via Post Dated cheques in 24 installments, (of which 6 such installments been paid, one in a month) as they had cited financial difficulties from their end.
However, this was only agreed upon due to the assurance from the organisation that the GLIP and the medical insurance payouts will be promptly sent to us as soon as they arrive, which they had claimed to be in about 2 months, and all the requisite documents pertaining to the same has been provided in the month of December 2024 as well. As mentioned in the correspondences recently received by you and by us from their end, there has not been any explicit mention of the GLIP payout, which is the more significant amount. Moreover, the GLIP claim has to be done within a certain timeline so as to prevent expiry of the same. Hence, we would highly appreciate it if you could provide us with some clarity from the organisation regarding the GLIP claim in particular and the current status of the same as we would like to know if any legal action regarding this issue would be recommended by you as we have waited for over 6 months, despite our extreme financial difficulties regarding the same.
2. As the Embassy conveyed earlier, Hotel Muscat Holiday (Sur International Group) is already pursuing with the compensation realization from the Insurance Company. If you are not satisfied with the company, the issue may kindly take up the legal channels.

From: alitabrej242@gmail.com To: "Shri Dhani Ram" <cw.muscat@mea.gov.in> Sent: Wednesday, June 4, 2025 4:11:37 PM Subject: Re: - Request for full and final service settlement PR#7134
Follow-Up on Urgent Assistance Request
Hi Mr. Akhil,
I am writing to follow up on my earlier communication regarding the urgent assistance I require surrounding harassment, passport issues, and unpaid dues from my previous employer. As previously mentioned, I have provided the contact details of my HR representative, Miss Amira (+96622058165 / +96822058130), and Mr. Sajeev, the project manager (+96894108885).
To recap, my passport was withheld, and I deposited 75 Omani Riyals as security. While my passport was eventually released, I have yet to receive my annual leave pay and final settlement, nor has the passport security amount been reimbursed. Despite multiple attempts to address this directly with the employer and individuals involved, no resolution has been achieved.
Additionally, it appears falsified documents have been submitted to claim that I received all my dues, which is untrue. My bank statements clearly demonstrate that no payments have been made to me by the company.
I kindly request your intervention in contacting these individuals to resolve this matter promptly. Your assistance is critical in ensuring my rightful dues are secured and addressing the distressing situation I have endured.
Thank you for your continued attention to this matter.
Best Regards Tabrej Ali

Thank you for your email. I appreciate your assistance and will provide the employer contact details, my HR Miss Amira +96622058165 /+96822058130 Subject: Urgent Assistance Regarding Harassment, Passport Issues, and Unpaid Dues,
I am writing to you with an urgent request for assistance regarding a distressing situation I experienced with two individuals. They harassed and troubled me significantly. Furthermore, they withheld my passport, preventing me from returning to India.
When I deposited Omani riyal 75 instead of the passport, they misrepresented it as a security deposit. To date, I have not received any money from the company, including my annual leave pay and final settlement. Mr. Sajeev project Manager +96894108885 he is Received 75 omani riyal then released my passport
I have reason to believe that these individuals have submitted falsified documents to the company, claiming that I have received all my dues. This is untrue, and my bank statements will clearly demonstrate that I have never received any payments from the company.
I implore you to please contact these individuals and help me resolve this matter. I would be immensely grateful for your intervention and support in securing my rightful dues and addressing the harassment I endured.

Dear Sir,
I hope this message finds you well.
We would like to bring to your attention recent changes introduced by the Supreme Judicial Council of Oman that affect the ongoing road accident cases. The court has launched a new portal for legal case updates, and as a result, previously filed execution cases are no longer accessible or trackable through the new system.
In addition, as per the updated regulation from the Notary of Oman, all Powers of Attorney (POAs) issued outside Oman—specifically those from India—must now be re-registered within Oman in order to remain valid for legal purposes. This is now a mandatory step for all related cases.
Furthermore, as part of the re-registration process:
We are required to collect valid ID copies of the legal heirs involved in each case.
For claims that have been transferred within the court system, the authorities are now also requesting the newly registered POAs as a condition for further processing.
We have initiated the necessary procedures for all affected cases accordingly.
For more information, please refer to the official announcement here:
https://www.thearabianstories.com/2025/03/20/supreme-judicial-council-launches-service-for-registering-powers-of-attorney-issued-outside-oman/

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your response.
We would like to provide further details regarding Mr. Sathish Kumarm urugan’s situation:
Passport Number: J7692485
Civil Number (as per Resident Card): 95023399
Current Location: Detained in Sumail Central Prison, Oman
We currently only possess a copy of his passport and resident card.
We are extremely concerned as we have no clear information about the police station or the charges involved. All proceedings have been handled by his employer, Mr. Pivis, who initially took INR 1.10 lakhs from Mr. Sathish’s parents, claiming it was for legal/advocate fees. He is now demanding an additional INR 8 lakhs, stating that only upon payment will Mr. Sathish be released from jail.
Mr. Pivis’ contact number is: +968 92044637
We are completely unaware of the actual situation and feel helpless. We respectfully request the Embassy’s assistance in:
Confirming the details of Mr. Sathish’s detention.
Verifying the legal situation and any official charges.
Advising us on the next steps we should take.
Helping ensure Mr. Sathish receives fair treatment and legal support.
We kindly urge you to investigate and support us during this difficult time. We are very worried and seek your guidance on how to proceed further.
Thank you for your support. |

Subject: Humble Request for Humanitarian Support and Issuance of Emergency Certificate – Urgent Health and Family Crisis
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with utmost respect and urgency to bring to your kind attention my critical personal and medical situation. I, Mahesh Kumar, an Indian citizen currently residing in Salalah, Oman, am facing serious health issues and an increasingly distressing family crisis. Despite my medical condition, I am under immense pressure from my employer, and my prolonged stay away from home has caused severe emotional and financial hardship to my family in India.
Yesterday, I was sent to work despite my poor health. I left at 5:30 AM and returned around 10:15 PM. Today, I woke up with fever and severe cough, and I immediately informed the engineer via message that I was unwell and unable to attend work. I visited a pharmacy around 12:00 PM and rested due to weakness.
At around 3:00 PM, I received a phone call from my employer, who accused me of pretending and used inappropriate language, despite knowing about my heart condition and recent health reports. This mental and physical pressure in my condition is extremely dangerous.
If anything unfortunate happens to me due to health complications or stress-related issues, I must respectfully state that the responsibility will lie with those who failed to act in time, including my employer and those who could have intervened on humanitarian grounds.
I am not refusing responsibilities or trying to violate any rules. I humbly request MEA to kindly issue necessary instructions to the Embassy of India in Oman to:
1. Communicate with my employer directly and explain that due to my current medical condition, I am genuinely unable to continue working.
2. Issue an Emergency Certificate based on my present situation and the court-issued Tanazul (Case No. 21243/2024), so I may return home peacefully and legally.
I have already submitted my latest medical reports as evidence of my condition. This is a sincere plea made purely on humanitarian grounds, and I appeal to your office for urgent and compassionate intervention.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

2. Embassy officials established contact with Mr. Mahesh Kumar, who has been working with his sponsor for 20 months. It is learnt that, Mr. Kumar is facing some issues such as excessive work beyond the scope of work and non-providing of medical facilities. Embassy advised him to take up the matter with the local authorities, however, he is reluctant to file the complaint in MOL, instead he agreed to resolve the issue amicably. He has also been advised to contact the Embassy through toll free number 80071234 or visit Embassy during working hours (if required) from Sunday to Thursday (7am to 3.30pm), if required.

From Secretary to Government
To The Ambassador Embassy of India, Muscat Oman
Sir,
Sub: NORKA Department - Non settlement of end of service benefits in respect of Sri Sasidharan Kesavan - Reg.
Government of Kerala have received a representation from Sri Sasidharan Kesavan (Passport No. V7756814, Contact +91 9747220665, +91 9446494759) regarding the non-settlement of end of service benefits from his employer in Oman. The petitioner had worked with M/s Malatan Trading & Contracting Company in Oman for the past 44 years. After suffering a stroke there, he returned home on 06/02/2024 and sought further treatment in Kerala. Due to his deteriorating health, he decided to stay in his homeland. Later, he submitted a resignation to his company and applied for his end of service benefits. But the petitioner alleges that the company gave him only 224.60 OMR at the time of exit, and he has not received his eligible final settlement amount for 44 years of service till date. The petitioner has submitted that he spent a lot of money for treatment and is in severe financial difficulty due to the bank loan and debts he had taken for treatment expenses. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Government for assistance to get his eligible benefits from the employer so that he can resolve his financial difficulties.
In the circumstances, I would like to request your good self to look into the matter and to provide necessary assistance for the redressal of his grievance. A copy of each of the documents submitted by the petitioner is enclosed herewith for reference. This Government shall be grateful for an early response in the matter.

Subject: Reminder to return the (illegally) executed blood money (stealthy money) to the Muscat Primary court / Case number 10519/2018 & to return the original power of attorneys back to us - Reg.
Your Excellency, So far, I have sent several emails to our Embassy requesting to send the "illegally executed" blood money by lawyers Rajab Al-Kathiri and Vivek Chandran back to the Court. But, I haven't received any reply from your office yet. You can understand the feelings of a father. Here the "blood money" has been used as the tool to rescue the sadistic killer from the clutches of law. The main culprits are Lawyer Rajab Al-Kathiri and Lawyer Vivek Chandran. Being a father, I am still fighting to get justice for my children. Now, the problem is with the stagnant blood money with our Embassy of India. I have been misdirected by the legal translator "Ahmed" from Primary court in shinas to ask for blood money instead of Justice. I didn't know the meaning of blood money at the time of the primary court's hearing on 27th June 2018. That hypocrite legal translator cleverly deceived me and saved the killer without punishment. I didn't have a lawyer while attending the hearing in the primary court on 27th june 2018. That was the only hearing for case number 10519/2018. Thereafter the court was adjourned for Judgment on 5th September 2018. The judge has written in the judgment 119/2018, "First Victim Kannan requested "Blood money" for his children through his lawyer". I don't know why he wrote like that. It was a wrong phrase. I don't know whether it has been written by mistake or with wicked intention. These two crook lawyers are referring to that wrong phrase and executed the blood money for my children using that invalid judgment 119/2018 and forged police report 48901/a/2018 as if they had attended the court hearing and demanded blood money for my children. They didn't have a valid "Power of Attorney" that time. Because I executed the "Power of attorney" to our Indian Embassy only on 26th July 2018. That means only after one month from the date of completion of case 10519/2018 inside the Primary court. Being the legal heirs for our children, my wife and I only have the rights either to accept or reject the blood money. "The purpose of blood money is to console the broken hearts of the legal heirs and in fact has to be accepted by the legal heirs whole-heartedly. Nobody should force it upon them." But here we have been deceived by the crook legal translator, "Ahmed" of primary court in shinas to ask for it and we have been forced to accept it by these two hypocrites lawyer Rajab Al-Kathiri and lawyer Vivek chandran. (I don't know why Mrs.Renuka hurriedly deposited that money in the Embassy's account?) But still I couldn't understand the mystery behind the silence of our esteemed embassy to send that money back to the court. Our Embassy's silence makes the legal proceeding tough for me. I couldn't take this case to the next step. Frankly speaking, your excellency!, That cruel beast has assaulted and killed my two children cruelly in front of my eyes. The police officer changed the vehicle used by the killer (the police officer didn't show me the photograph of the vehicle used by the killer on 9th May 2018 at the time of investigation inside the Shinas Police station (my former principal assistant came to the police station and didn't allow me to see that vehicle), changed the damages in the vehicle, changed the location of the crime spot, changed the time of the crime, concealed the cameras in the crime spot, concealed the front camera footages of the killer's vehicle, concealed all the witnesses from the eyes of the court and has written in the Police report as that animal stayed in the spot and admitted my children and I in the hospital and also he has written very cleverly as that my two children died on the spot itself immediately. The same story was told inside the primary court in shinas by the same police officer. The crook Legal translator didn't translate this matter to me. There was no need for that assault. Because I stopped my scooter at once after seeing his vehicle. He too came too close to me and stopped his vehicle. So, there wouldn't be any more collisions. We have to go home, eat Biriyani and sleep. But that animal before going home, cruelly assaulted and pushed us continuously for around 30 to 50 metres and fled from the spot. If that animal truly stayed in the spot and admitted my children in the hospital, both my children would be alive in this world for sure but only as the handicapped. Without getting justice, if I accept this blood money, it will become a lifelong curse to me. That guilty conscience will store in me forever and slowly kill me like a slow poison. No matter whether I am eating Beggar's food or Prince's food, it has to be digested finally. This guilty conscience will choke my throat and will not allow the food to digest. I have been deceived and forced to accept the blood money your Excellency! This makes me feel like an impotent. Have I gone that much weak and cheap to be deceived easily and chased from Oman? I request our esteemed Embassy not to force me to accept the blood money. If I didn't get even a single baisa also no problem, I hate to accept this blood money. The word "blood money" sounds disgusting to me as it has been forced to me with the wicked intention to save the bloodthirsty killer, his prime accomplice police officer / Abdullah Mohammed Ali Al-Shehi and the remaining accomplices. The cruelty of the murder fanatic / educated and 30 years old sadistic animal / Abdullah hassan sulaiman al-balushi: My daughter's (Chandnika) skull was broken, her brain came out of her mouth and nose , one of her front leg was broken, brain trauma and ultimately death. My son's (Rohit) skull fractured, right thigh bone broken, ribs fractured, left arm fractured, Chest trauma and ultimately death. Both my hands were broken, multiple ribs broken , both my shoulder bones broken, my vertebrae broken, right wrist was crushed, Bowel bursted, my knee and elbow were badly injured, fifth toe on my left leg died.
Crime of Indian Embassy Lawyers / Rajab al-Kathiri & Vivek chandran Few wordings from the Judgment 119 / 2018 issued by Shinas Primary court on 5th September 2018:
“The First victim / Kannan Subash attended the court with his lawyer and claimed blood money for his children through his lawyer”
(Name of lawyer & date of pleading session are missing in this corrupted judgment)
Fact: The date of (one and only) pleading session inside Primary court is Shinas was on 27th June 2018. I attended the pleading session with my wife. I didn’t go with a lawyer to the Court. I didn’t have a lawyer that time, because, I didn’t issue Power of attorney to any lawyers that time. I spoke with the assistance of Hypocrite / Ahmed (legal translator in the primary court). This Criminal was the one who told me to ask for Blood money. He told, “Ask for Blood money first. If you didn’t ask for Blood money, the judge will not take your case”. So, without knowing the meaning of Blood money, and only because the insistence of this criminal I asked for the Blood money.
(In this corrupted judgment, role of legal translator is also missing. Well planned activity)
In this judgement, what the judge is trying to justify through this?
As per article 4 of Omani Lawyer’s Law:
“A lawyer or agent must submit to the Court an attested power of attorney at the first hearing on behalf of his client, failing which, for a reason accepted by the court, the court may grant him a reasonable extension to submit the same.
If the Client was present with the lawyer or agent and this is recorded in the minutes of the hearing, then such presence shall replace the need for an attested power of attorney”
Crime in justification:
The Judge cleverly, without mentioning the date of the pleading session, name of lawyer, and role of legal translator, issued this corrupted judgment arbitrarily. So, Judge himself is a criminal in this case.
Fact:
I issued Power of attorney to our Embassy of India in Muscat only in August 2018, and only upon the request from the India Embassy for the same (as per the format I received from the Embassy of India in Muscat). That means only after two months after the completion of pleading session inside the Primary court. So, this criminal / Rajab Al-kathiri doesn’t have any connection with the case conducted inside the Primary court in Shinas. This Power of Attorney is addressed to 6 lawyers of our Indian Embassy and not only to this criminal / Rajab al-kathiri
Role of Indian Embassy Lawyers: Criminal / Rajab al-kathir & Traitor / Vivek chandran:
Criminal / Rajab al-kathiri is referring to the wordings in the corrupted judgement, and cleverly claims that one of his lawyers attended the court, requested Blood money for my children and obtained the corrupted judgment 119 / 2018. He further says that he has the right for implementing the corrupted judgment 119 / 2018 with the aid of my original power of attorneys because of this reason.
Traitor / Vivek chandran is the one who stole my original Power of attorneys from the Indian Embassy and handed over the same to his Boss / the corrupt / Rajab Al-Kathiri for the execution of the Primary court’s Judgment 119 / 2018. I requested this thief / Vivek chandran to ask for a “case review” several times. But he denied. I requested this criminal to file an appeal in the Appellate court as well as in the Supreme court. But, this Hypocrite / Vivek chandran denied. I requested this criminal to give up executing the blood money. But he denied that too. By concealing my power of attorneys, this traitor didn't allow the remaining 5 lawyers of our Embassy to take over the case. By doing so, these two criminals have indirectly helped the Murderer / Animal / Abdullah Hassan Sulaiman Al-Balushi. (Animal / Abdullah is still at his home without going to jail. The Case Review hasn't been initiated yet. The reason is the execution of blood money by these two corrupted criminals.)
So the Criminals / Rajab al-Kathiri and Vivek chandran have executed the (stinky) Blood mo0ney for my children against our (my wife and I) interest, and without our consent, and still forcing us to accept the same through our Embassy.
Criminal Liability as per Lawyer’s Law:
As per article 56 of Omani Lawyer’s Law:
“Any Lawyers who violates the provisions of this law or breaches the duties of his profession or behaves in a manner which damages the honour of this profession or devalues it, shall be subject to one of the following disciplinary action.
a. Warning
b. Reprimand
c. Suspension of practice from the profession for a period not exceeding two years
d. Removal of his / her name from the Register.
As per the above law, I have requested the Judicial Administrative court in Oman to
1. suspend this criminal Rajab Al-Kathiri from practising his profession for at least two years, to collect the stealthily executed blood money back from these two criminals
2. Collect the stealthily executed blood money back from these two criminals / Indian Embassy.
3. Collect the original power of attorneys back from these criminals and hand over it to us.
Criminal Liability as per Omani Penal Law:
As per article 362 and clause C of Omani Penal law,
“The following shall be punished by imprisonment for a period no less than (3) three months and not exceeding (3) three years, and a fine no less than (100) one hundred Rial Omani and not exceeding (500) five hundred Rial Omani, or one of those two punishments:
(c) whoever is entrusted with a paper or document submitted to any judicial or administrative body and he wilfully conceals or takes it without having the right to”
In the above law,
Document submitted: Our original power of attorneys (signed by my wife and I)
Judicial or Administrative authority: Indian Embassy, Muscat
He wilfully conceals or takes it without having the right to: Criminals Rajab Al-Kathiri & Vivek chandran.
As per article 363 of the same law,
“If there are multiple victims, the punishments stipulated in this Chapter shall be doubled one or more times.
Prosecution of the crimes stipulated in this Chapter shall be based on complaint by the victim. The prosecution shall lapse or the execution of adjudication shall be stayed by withdrawal of the complaint.
In all cases, the convict shall be obliged to return the effects seized or concealed.”
Multiple Victims: I (victim of deadly assault) and my two children (death victims of the deadly assault)
As per the above law, I have requested the Judicial Administrative court in Oman to
1. To handover the criminals Rajab Al-Kathiri and Vivek chandran to the Royal Oman Police to conduct an investigation based on article 362 of Omani Penal law.
2. Collect the stealthily executed blood money back from these two criminals / Indian Embassy.
3. Collect the original power of attorneys back from these criminals and hand over it to us.
So, if the criminals / Rajab al-kathiri & Vivek chandran are my lawyers, they must be suspended from practising their profession for at least two years. If these two thieves are not my lawyers, they must be handed over to the Royal Oman Police based on article 362 of Omani penal law.
Being the actual legal heirs (my wife and I) of our children / death victims / Chandnika & Rohit, we feel vomiting while hearing the name "Blood Money". We feel this "stealthy Blood money" is like feces, and accepting it is like eating the feces. So, Kindly take measures to send that illegally and stealthily executed "stinky blood money" back to the court. Hand over these two criminals (Vivek Chandran & Rajab Al-Kathiri) in the Royal Oman Police as per article 362 (c) of Omani penal law, and please handover the original Power of Attorneys back to us.
Please let me lead a peaceful life without any guilty conscience. I am not going to die if I didn't get any compensation for my children and for my injuries and physical disabilities. But, I will die for sure in my guilty conscience if it is forced on me.
Additional Information 1: Now these two crook lawyers have replied to the Ministry of Justice and Judicial Administrative Court as the Embassy of India is not returning the money back to the court and not handing over the Power of attorneys back to the victims, and further they have written as there was no part of lawyers in this case. So, these two criminals are imposing the full crime on the Embassy of India. Now, my humble questions are: Still, are you not going to take any measures to return that stealthy money to the court? Still, are you not going to take any legal action against these two criminals? I don't know how many NRI families have been spoiled by these criminals so far, and how many families are going to be destroyed further? Additional Information 2: An Indian embassy officer has visited the crime spot and hypocritically ensured ROP that there were no eyewitnesses or CCTVs in the Crime spot. Pinnacle of corruption! Take necessary legal action against this corrupted officer.
Thank you Sir,
Yours truly,
(S.KANNAN / Kannan Subash Chandra Bose) File

To Suresh Gopi Minister of Tourism Minister of State For Petroleum and Natural Gas
Subject: Regarding A Matter Concerning My Father
Respected Sir, I am Meenakshi Divakaran, writing from Muscat. I am writing regarding a matter concerning my father. There was a financial dispute between my father and the company he worked for. The company filed a case and, by using some unfair means, they won the case. The court issued an order that my father must pay 4900 Omani Riyals. However, my father had no knowledge of this court case—they obtained the verdict without informing him.
Additionally, my father is yet to receive six months worth of salary from the company. While the case was ongoing in the labor court, the company had my father arrested through the police, and he was kept in jail for 12 days. The prosecution later released him, but the company appealed again without our knowledge.
Because of this case, my father is unable to return to our home country or seek other employment. We are two children—I'm in Plus One (11th grade), and my younger brother is in 9th grade. My father will only be able to work and look after us if he's freed from this case.
Therefore, I kindly request that you help us by supporting my father and freeing him from this case. I have attached the court papers related to my father's case. I am also sending you the phone number of the person who filed the case against him.
We are writing with the hope and belief that you will talk to them and help us. I have included everything I know in this letter. I have also attached my parents' contact numbers below, along with the number of the company owner who filed the case.

2. Reference your above mail regarding financial dispute of your father with his employer. Since, the matter had already been pursued at the court and the court verdict has been issued. Subject: Urgent Humanitarian Request to Facilitate Air Ambulance Transfer of My Critically Ill Husband to India
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you with deep urgency and distress as the wife of an Indian citizen named Rasheed Pasha, aged 36, currently residing in the Sultanate of Oman. He is now hospitalized at Khoula Hospital in Muscat due to a rapidly deteriorating medical condition. My husband suffered a severe seizure triggered by extreme psychological stress and physical exhaustion from our challenging living conditions. Since then, he has become fully dependent on oxygen support and now suffers from memory loss, frequent involuntary screaming, and facial spasms. Doctors have confirmed he is medically unfit to travel on a commercial flight and urgently requires an air ambulance with a qualified medical team onboard. An MRI scan has revealed acute brain inflammation. Despite extensive testing and treatment attempts, no effective solution has yet been found. The medical team has clearly advised that his best and only hope for survival lies in transferring him to India, where he can receive advanced, specialized care and family support. We are a very poor family with no transportation to visit him in the hospital. We are struggling to care for our four young children, the oldest of whom is only seven years old. Today, we are fighting this crisis alone. Medical bills have exceeded 2,000 OMR, an amount far beyond our means, and we cannot afford the cost of an air ambulance-even though it may be the only way to save his life. Page 1 - Medical File Number: 367815 - Civil ID Number: 75397867 In these days that embody the spirit of compassion and humanity, we humbly request your urgent support in facilitating the medical evacuation of my husband to India via air ambulance. This may be his last opportunity for survival. Every passing day increases the risk to his life. Your timely intervention could bring hope to our entire family during this incredibly painful ordeal.
With sincere appreciation and respect, Syeda Afreen Begum Wife of Rasheed Pasha Contact: 97843820

Correct EOI advice as below: What is the reason your employer is not returning your passport? Returnt to India would also require NOC (No Objection Certificate) from your sponsor. Do you have it? |
EOI must write to each of the concerned lawyers to share the status of the case with the family of the deceased with a copy repeated to the Embassy. We do not have to respond to any third party, in this case a lawyer, regarding such legal issues. |
I need some action taken report on this. |
