This is with reference to your letter dated 03.12.2025 regarding Mr. Devdatta Ujjankar. Mr. Devdatta Ujjankar’s employment was terminated and all settlement has been given to him as per the contract. Attached all documents for your reference.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that Mr. Devdatta has conveyed that he is not willing to be repatriated to India at present. We were ready to send him to India and Instead, he made a complaint against the company in the Ministry of labour and left the accommodation provided by the company without any intimation. He is not available in our control now.
Accordingly, the company intends to proceed in accordance with the decision of the Honorable Court, as discussed with Mr. Devdatta’s lawyer and the concerned Manpower Officials at Sohar.
