I, Smithin Raj S, working as a Cleaner at Asyad Express Services Company, am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding the issues I am facing with my employer.

As previously informed to the Embassy, I have not received my salary for over four months, despite raising the issue with the company multiple times. Due to this, I was unable to continue attending work, as I was under financial and mental stress.

Now, the company has issued a warning memo stating that I was absent without approval, and they are demanding compensation of 1000 OMR if I wish to leave the company. They also mentioned possible deductions from my dues for "client losses" and other reasons.

In addition:

I had already informed the company and the Embassy about my unpaid salary and difficulties.

My passport is still with the company, which is causing further stress.

I have no behavioral or legal violations and have always followed company instructions until the situation became unsustainable.

I respectfully request the Embassy to:

1. Intervene and prevent any unfair action or deductions against me.

2. Help me in retrieving my passport and pending salary.

3. Assist in ensuring my safe and legal return to India.

Please find the company’s warning memo attached for your reference. I am willing to cooperate fully with the Embassy and any legal procedures.

Thank you very much for your continued support.

Sincerely,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing with a heavy heart to seek the support and guidance following a tragic loss in our family.

On Friday, 20 June 2025, my brother-in-law Mr Habib Mohamed (Indian national, age 34) suffered a sudden heart attack and passed away in Muscat. He is survived by his wife Ms Rabia Sharmina and their six-year-old daughter, Ms Ridha Bint Habib. Habib was the family’s sole breadwinner, and his unexpected demise has left them in acute emotional and financial distress.

Given your long-standing commitment to community welfare, I respectfully request:

Guidance on legally permissible fundraising:
Oman’s regulations require that public donations be collected only through licensed organizations. Could you kindly advise on, or consider hosting, an approved campaign under its Welfare Committee so that contributions for the child’s education and the widow’s resettlement can be raised transparently and in compliance with MOSD rules?

A meeting (in person or virtual) with the Community Welfare team:
I am ready to provide all supporting documents—including the death certificate, passport copies, and any additional information you may require—to verify the case and discuss next steps.

I deeply appreciate your tireless service to expatriates in Oman and would be grateful for any assistance or direction you can provide during this difficult time.

Subject: Request for Assistance in Arranging Return Ticket to India

---

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Maneesh Kumar Sharma, and I am currently in Oman. I had filed a complaint against my employer with the Ministry of Labour, Sohar (Complaint No. REF2505210017). After the hearings, the final decision was issued on 25 June 2025, in which the company has been instructed to return my passport, but the ticket for return to India is to be arranged by me.

However, I am currently in a very critical financial condition — I do not have funds to afford a return ticket. I am also facing severe health issues, and I am unable to sustain myself here without food and shelter.

Therefore, I humbly request the Embassy of India in Muscat to kindly help me in arranging a flight ticket back to India at the earliest, considering my vulnerable situation. I am attaching a scanned copy of the Ministry of Labour’s decision letter for your reference.

Thank you very much for your continuous support.

Yours sincerely,
Maneesh Kumar Sharma

We begged and pleaded with him, but he has no mercy on us.????????????????????????????????plz help me sir..!
On 26.06.2025, Mr. Hassan has provided following details about Sultana ship:
" The Omani ship Sultanah, a famous dhow, was built at the Mazagon Dockyard in Mumbai. The ship was constructed in the early 19th century, during the period when the dockyard was under British control, specifically when it was heavily involved in shipbuilding for various colonial and regional maritime needs.
The company responsible for the construction of the Sultanah was likely a private shipbuilding firm that operated within the framework of the British East India Company's influence over Mazagon Dockyard at that time. While specific company names from this era are not always clearly documented, it is widely believed that the ship was constructed under the guidance of British and local shipbuilders working within the dockyard.
The Sultanah is notable for being one of the largest and most significant Omani ships built during the 19th century and it played an important role in the naval history of Oman, particularly in terms of its engagement in trade and exploration in the Indian Ocean region.
Given the historical context, the ship was most likely built in collaboration with local artisans and shipbuilders under the oversight of the British-controlled dockyard."
Good morning Sir, above are the details received from Mr. Hassan, Ministry of Heritage and Tourism."

MoHT is working on more details on above and will send a formal proposal as we have not yet received any formal communication, in this regard, from MoHT.

On 26.06.2025, Attache(ETC) spoke with ICCR and requested to expedite the official passport process of visiting professor.
Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to urgently inform you that I received a phone call from the company today (25-06-2025), during which I was verbally instructed to vacate my room/accommodation by this afternoon. No written notice or legal process was followed. This action puts me at risk of being left homeless without any place to go or means of safety.

I would like to respectfully highlight the following:

I had already informed the Embassy about my company issuing me a final warning memo, holding my passport, and withholding salary.

Now, I am being threatened over the phone and asked to leave the accommodation immediately.

This is happening without any alternate arrangement or official explanation.

I fear for my personal safety and security, and I have no other place to go.

I request the Embassy to urgently intervene in this matter and provide me support, whether it is by contacting the company or guiding me to a safe location.

Please treat this situation as critical and provide necessary assistance at the earliest.

Sincerely,
Smithin Raj. S

Dear Mr.Syed Adil Ahmed M

We acknowledge your email regarding the insurance claim case of your late father, Mr. Syed Mehmood Basha (Ref: MUS/436/176/2023).

To clarify, the criminal case is still under public prosecution and no judgment has been issued to date. Without a final criminal court judgment, it is not possible to proceed with the insurance claim or file for blood money. This is a mandatory legal requirement, and not a delay caused by our office.

We understand your family's distress, and we agree that you deserve your father’s rightful compensation. However, we cannot bypass legal procedures, and we urge you to understand that.

We request your patience and cooperation until the legal process is completed.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to update you that I have received a message from my company stating that they will be filing a complaint against me through the PRO tomorrow (26-06-2025).

This message appears to be in retaliation to my previous communication with the Embassy regarding my withheld salary, passport retention, and now, threats to vacate my accommodation.

I wish to reiterate:

I have not violated any Omani laws, and all my actions have been in line with seeking help and justice through proper channels.

I am already under mental distress due to the company's threats, and this latest message further adds to the pressure.

I fear that this could be an attempt to intimidate or fabricate a complaint against me.

I humbly request the Embassy to kindly:

Document this new development in my case file.

Advise me on the appropriate steps to take if I am summoned to any office or asked to respond to a PRO complaint.

Provide assistance to ensure that I am not unfairly targeted or coerced.

I am still without my salary and passport and remain in a vulnerable position. I kindly request urgent attention to this matter.

Thank you for your continued support.
