The Embassy has established contact with Mr. Peter Jose, who informed that a lawyer has already been engaged and that the case is currently being pursued in court to recover the outstanding amount from a company for unpaid dues. The Embassy has been in touch with the local Omani authorities (Immigration Department - Muscat), and they have confirmed that there is no travel ban on Mr. Anoop in their system. Accordingly, he may travel to the Sultanate of Oman with a valid visa and the necessary travel documents.
