In 2025 he left for 15 days Emergency leave and then returned back after 3 month in June 2025.This could be the reason that Supervisor is not approving. Moreover he is delegated to the OQ project and Undergone Courses of HSE, H2S,FIRE and OQ Medical costing 300 RO which should be executed in Few weeks. His movement may affect the work flow. He can proceed for Emergency leave only if this amount can be recovered from his account."
