For convenience and expeditious response, it is suggested that they :

3. remind over email at cw.muscat@mea.gov.in / whatsapp (+968-98282270)  if query remains unanswered for two days.
4. remind over telephone if the query remains unanswered for more than 3 days (+968-24684500, 24684570, 24684522, Toll Free number: +968-80071234)
5. remind Community Welfare Officer at +968 9653 0052 by Whatsapp, if the query does not get answered in 5 days.
6. remind Ambassador at amb.muscat@mea.gov.in , if the query does not get answered in 6 days.
7. remind Ambassador at +968 9788 8400 by Whatsapp, if the query does not get answered in 7 days.
8. visit Embassy if the query remains unanswered for more 7 days  (our consular / community visiting hours are  from 0700 – 1530 hrs)
