Embassy regularly receives queries / grievances relating to, inter alia,

• salary, dues, wages, medical treatment, leave, boarding & lodging, harassment, over work, labour disputes, court and police case
• passport, police clearance certificates
• Indian visa
• trade, culture, cooperation etc

For convenience and expeditious response, it is suggested that they :

1. post their queries at the link here  (If you have documents / scans to attach, please email them to cw.muscat@mea.gov.inor whatsapp them to +968-98282270  from your registtered login email / mobile number)
2. view the list of the queries that they post at https://asp.indemb-oman.gov.in/eoicw3/aqueries_list0.asp and status of their various queries by clicking at the File link in the last column. (Please note that many none of the other hyperlinks at this page would be accessible to you as that access is limited only to the Embassy staff.)
3.  seek, in case they find it challenging to fill the above form, help over whatsapp (by text / voice note), the number for this is +968-98282270
4. remind over email at cw.muscat@mea.gov.in / whatsapp (+968-98282270)  if query remains unanswered for two days.
5. remind over telephone if the query remains unanswered for more than 3 days (+968-24684500, 24684570, 24684522, Toll Free number: +968-80071234)
6. remind Ambassador, if the query did not get answered in 7 days, at amb.muscat@mea.gov.in, with self-contained details (thus without any cross-referencing / attachments), ensuring you describe the result of all the above steps that you followed before approaching Ambassador, to facilitate sharp response to your query.
7. visit Embassy if the query remains unanswered for more 7 days  (our consular / community visiting hours are  from 0700 – 1530 hrs)
