It has been learnt that the Court of First Instance (Misdemeanor Division), Bidbid, has pronounced him guilty on multiple counts and awarded the following sentences:Three months’ imprisonment for incitement, Six months’ imprisonment for unlawful gathering, One year’s imprisonment for vandalism, andOne year’s imprisonment for cybercrime-related offences. In cases where multiple offenses were established, the most severe sentence has been applied. The Court has also ordered confiscation of mobile phones used in committing cyber offences. In addition to imprisonment, the Court directed permanent deportation from the Sultanate of Oman upon completion of sentence.  
MOFA relied as the applicant involved in Case No. (76) Q/2025, Oman Police Station, on charges of fraud. A judgment was issued against him by the Sohar Primary Court sentencing him to imprisonment for (6) six months, a fine of (300) three hundred Omani Rials, and deportation from the country. On 20/10/2025, the Mr. Mohammad Shanawaz left the Sultanate of Oman via Muscat International Airport
