Mr. Saxena approached the Embassy on 07.01.2026 seeking assistance for his repatriation to India. The matter was communicated to his employer; however, no positive response was received. Subsequently, at Mr. Saxena’s request, the Embassy arranged shelter and food for him.

Thereafter, upon Mr. Saxena’s request, the Embassy assisted him in registering his grievance with the Ministry of Labour for necessary action and support. The Embassy further advised Mr. Saxena to approach the Ministry of Labour’s Joint Inspection Department to obtain a hearing date and time to pursue his case and seek appropriate assistance.
