This has reference to trailing mail from Mrs. Rekha Dileesh regarding the case of her husband Mr. Dileesh Vasupillai, holder of Indian Passport no: V4269726, presently detained at Sumail Central prison, in a financial case. Mrs. Rekha Dileesh visited Embassy on 19.11.2025 requesting help to bail out her husband.

The Embassy provided them a list of panel lawyers but the family informed that the case is being pursued through their own lawyer. However, they refused share the details of their lawyer. The Embassy is in direct contact with the family to provide all possible assistance.

As per checking with our HR & finance team, Mr. Vyshnav has joined to our company 19th December 2024 and left 8th September 2025.Since he has not completed 1 year of service, he is not eligible to receive the leave salary & gratuity as end of service.He is claiming only 7 days salary for the period (sept 1st to 7th ) from us and the same is held due to some investigation going on ,on account of his termination case .Once we get a full clearance from our Audit / Finance department for the unofficial activity he has done during his tenure with us, we would act accordingly discussing with
Senior management .
