The Power of Attorney, along with the Aadhaar card details of the sole legal heir, Mrs. Ramkali, needs to be uploaded to the Oman Notary to obtain the Electronic Power of Attorney. Once the electronic POA is received, a civil case will be registered to recover the RTA compensation.It was also informed that despite repeated requests, the legal heirs continue to send the Aadhaar card of the deceased, Late Mr. Sarvesh Kumar, instead of Mrs. Ramkali’s Aadhaar card, which is required for the process. |
