Informed as below : 1. The Embassy established contact with Mr. Subash Yadav, who conveyed that his visa had expired on 10.02.2024 and that his sponsor was unwilling to arrange his return to India. The Embassy accordingly advised Mr. Yadav to either approach the Ministry of Labour, Sultanate of Oman for necessary action and assistance or contact the Embassy of India,muscat which would facilitate his repatriation under the Amnesty program upon receiving approval from the Ministry of Labour for travel.
