With reference to the complaint submitted by Dr. Raymond Logie, kindly find below our clarification on the points raised:
Salary Transfer: The company has ensured timely salary disbursements. Enclosed is proof of payment, confirming that there are no outstanding dues toward Dr. Raymond. Absconding Allegation: The allegation that this was a “false accusation” is not correct. Enclosed are WhatsApp communications showing our repeated attempts to contact Dr. Raymond, which went unanswered. We even reached out to his family members, who did not inform us of any hospitalization. Moreover, no hospital admission or discharge documents were submitted to us, apart from certain test reports that indicated normal findings. Work Hours (24x7): The offer letter clearly specifies that the employee is required to be available on a 24x7 basis if the need arises. This does not mean he was required to physically work 24 hours a day, as this would indeed be inhuman. Rather, it relates to availability for approvals and urgent medical matters, which is a standard clause in our industry. Resignation & Notice Period: Dr. Raymond’s resignation has already been formally acknowledged by our CEO. The acceptance email dated 09 September 2025 clearly states his last working day. A copy of this email is enclosed for your reference.
