Mr. Sunu Kumar was employed with us as a Permit Holder Instrument and was assigned to the site. He was demobilized on January 26, 2025. On February 22, 2025, he informed us that he would not continue with his contract, and we arranged for his departure on February 27, 2025. We have already settled his Gratuity and Vacation Leave. His visa was not cancelled, as we were hoping to secure another project on-site and reassign him. However, as of now, no new projects have been confirmed, and our work on the site is nearly completed. To close this matter properly, kindly advise us on the procedure to settle his request for one month notice payment.
